Do auto-entrepreneurs have to register and pay CFE tax?

I have been a registered auto-entrepreneur business in France for several years and I declare my quarterly income via URSSAF. I have registered on the auto-entrepreneur portal and make my declarations on line. I have just received an email and letter from DGFP saying that I have to register as a professional and pay CFE online.

They have sent me (for the first time ever) a letter saying that the amount due is 0 euros. I am already registered as particular on the imports.gouv.fr website and now they say I have to also register as a professional is this correct or is there an error somewhere?
