Do you have any advice on completing a W-9?

I’m working with a client in the USA. They asked me to send a W-9 form to them and they’ll issue me a 1099.

I’ve sent W-9 forms before but it was a while ago and I’m not sure if I filled it in correctly.

Do you have any advice in completing this form, as a service providing auto-entrepreneur?
