Do we qualify for a Carte Vitale?

Myself and my two daughters have French / British nationality. My husband has British nationality. When it comes to the French health care system, I really don’t understand if we qualify for a Carte Vitale as we are still officially domiciled in the UK. But, we do live the majority of the year in France.
