Do I show my auto-entrepreneur earnings on tax form 2042 SK?

I have received tax form 2042 SK and I am not sure on a few things. Do I show my auto-entrepreneur earnings under the Vos Revenus section and if so whereabouts? Also do I show the cottisations I have paid,18 then18.30%, on this form as well and if so where please? Under section 8 I Divers do I show income from abroad even though I will declare this on form 2047 K?
