Do I pay professional and commercial social charges?

I registered a secretarial business in France as a Professions Liberales in 2009. That work declined this year and I started an internet retail business which went well. In September I filled in the online declaration de modification d’activite to let URSAFF (Unions de Recouvrement des Cotisations de Sécurité Sociale et d’Allocations Familiales) know that I wanted to add this as a secondary business.

I’ve received a certificat d’inscription from INSEE (institut national de la statistique et des études économiques) that gives my principal activity as 4791A Vente a distance sur catalogue general and I’ve also received the quarterly return from RSI that addresses me as a commercial enterprise.

Does this mean that they’ve officially changed my business from professional to commercial? If that’s the case, I’m still getting some income for the professional work, so do I pay 2 levels of social charges now or does everything come under the principal activity at 14%?
