Do I need to tell impots I’m exempt from cotisation fonciere?

I just looked on my auto-entrepreneur registration form and it says: option pour le micro social trimestriel avec prelevement liberatoire fiscal. Do I need to go to impots and tell them that I should be exempt from cotisation fonciere des entreprises for three years?
