Do I need to register with CNIL?

I have set up under the auto-entrepreneur scheme and am wondering about whether I need to register with Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (CNIL). The data that I collect would be used for:

My own client management.
Providing marketing services on behalf of clients (so, marketing clients to third parties).
Providing marketing, training and business advice services to clients.
Client feedback.

Do I need to register?
