Do I need to register again with RAM after working with OECD?

I was registered as a micro-entrepreneur in France for 18 months with RSI/RAM. I then did a three month contract with Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) who paid all of my charges direct. My file was therefore successfully moved to L’Assurance Maladie Haute Seine.

The contract with OECD ended at the end of 2016 and I am wondering whether I have to re-register with RSI/RAM now? I am back to being a micro-entrepreneur. If so, how do I do this?
