Do I need to provide a personal address in addition to my domiciliation address?

I have just submitted my application for Auto-Enterpeneur. I have signed up with a domiciliation address. I could only see one place where I was asked for my address on the form so I only put my domiciliation address. The copy of my Declaration now shows this domiciliation address as both my ‘Domicile’ address and my “ADRESSE de correspondance”. Is this correct? There is nowhere on my form where I have entered my home address (the address where I live and where my income tax forms are sent).
