Do I need to have an employee contract?

I started an auto-entrepreneur business this year.

A client has asked me to work every morning for 2 to 3 hours a day during the summer period (2 to 3 months). Can I charge them for this through my business or would they have to employ me as an employee of their company because it’s regular work? I will have other clients throughout the summer.
When I was starting up the business I had to decide whether my business would be my only source of income or if I would be employed by somebody else on a contract as well as running my own business. I chose that my business would be my only source of income but what happens if this changes and I would like to be employed by somebody else as well as having my own clients? Am I allowed to do this? Do I have to inform RSI or the Chambres de Metiers?
