Do I need to get my marriage certificate translated?

I have received a letter from Adrea, my independent healthcare provider with a Carte de Assuré Social attached. When I first registered I added my wife onto the registration but she is not mentioned on this card. The letter from Adrea does not explain what I need to do to get her included but does mention some documents may be needed including a certificate de Vie Maritale which I assume is a marriage certificate. Do I need to get my marriage certificate translated as it does not state this anywhere on the letter?
