Do I need to fill out a separate tax form for my auto-entrepreneur business?

I’ve been an auto-entrepreneur since March 2010, previously I was a house wife (without an income) but named on our joint tax return every year. I chose to pay my taxes yearly when I signed up for auto-entrepreneur. Do I need to fill out a separate tax form for my auto-entrepreneur business or can I just list my total amount invoiced to our family tax document? If there is a separate AE business tax form, will this arrive automatically? It is my first year as an auto-entrepreneur paying tax in France and I want to make sure I get it right.
