Do I need insurance?

I am registered as an Agent de Service et Maintenance - Entrien de la maison et traveaux menagers, Prestations de petit bricolage hommes tout mains, petit traveaux de jardinage. One of the people I clean the gites and chambres d’hotes for told me that I should have insurance. I have heard there is a special insurance, particularly for auto-entrepreneurs, is this correct?
