Do I keep the certificat d’inscription from INSEE for my records?

I have received this morning from INSEE a Certificat d’inscription (Sirene) - do I keep this for my records? It does not seem to be asking me to do anything so do I just wait for further paperwork on how to pay my contributions? Also, it is listing my APE as 55.20Z Hebergement touristique et autre hebergement de courte duree - is this correct for the 14.1% social contributions?
