Do I keep my carte vitale after I close my auto-entrepreneur business?

Both my wife and I have been in the auto-entrepreneur business scheme since in France since it’s inception. Two separate registrations for two different activities. I am 60 this year and have decided to give up my small business and retire. My wife being ten years younger than me will continue her trade. I have notified URSAFF through the auto-entrepreneur web site and have received an email acknowledgement and now a written one that I terminated the business. What happens over my carte vitale now?
Who takes it over and will that be an automatic transfer to another administering organisation. When we first came to France in 2005 we had our carte vitale’s through CPAM but this changed to RSI when we became auto-entrepreneur’s on 01/01/2009.
