Do I include TVA when doing my monthly URSSAF declaration

When entering/declaring my income for the month on my URSSAF account, do include the TVA I have charged the client or exclude it? I am only charging TVA to private clients in the UK, so it is not much or that frequent but want to get it right. Thank you!
