Do I have to register with the Chambre of Commerce?

I have a chamber d’hotes and gite auto-entrepreneur business which I opened in France last year. I think that I am supposed to register by the end of December 2015 with the Chambre of Commerce but am not sure.

  1. Could you advise me what I should be doing?
  2. Will they contact me direct or do I need to call them, go online or go and see them?
