Do I have to register the size of my chambre d’hotes for CFE tax?

I have not received any forms asking me anything about how much space in my house the chambre d’hotes takes up. I was advised to wait for this. After seeing everyone’s comments about Contribution Fonciere des Entreprises (CFE) dates etc. The business was registered in France in January 2014.

Do I need to go into my auto-entrepreneur account?
Does it make any difference if I only open part of the year to the charges, i.e. April to October. My turnover was so low this year I can not afford to pay huge bills.
