Do I have to register my business with the registre des metiers?

I understand that artisans in France are obliged to register their business activity with the Registre des Metiers, and have until the end of 2015 to do so. I set up business in France as an auto-entrepreneur in 2013, and registered my activity with the Chambre de Métiers et de l’Artisanat Haute-Loire. I have a numero d’immatriculation and an extrait d’Immatriculation from the Repertoire des Metiers. Is this the registration required under the new regulations, or do I now have to register with another organisation?
