Do I have to pay tax fonciere on a property that I do not own?

To run my business as a motor mechanic I use the garage on my parent’s property. The garage is already taxed and paid for by my parents within their own tax fonciere. In 2015 will be the first year of paying my own tax fonciere as part of running a business, can you advise what is the situation about paying a second time and who should I speak to regarding this situation?
