Do I have to pay formation professionnelle tax?

Can you please provide me with more information about Formation Professionnelle Activite Liberale? I understand that it means I will be entitled to some training formation, but what if I don’t need any? In regards to my profession I’m required to continue my training through the body I obtained my license with, which is what I have been doing, I have been leaving this section blank on the URSSAF trimester declaration form, is this correct?
