Do I have to keep a note of my expenses?

I am registered as an auto-entrepreneur providing services to second home owners - cleaning, gardening and admin, translating etc. Some of my clients give me a float and I pay their bills or buy things for them if they ask, i.e. food before their arrival, from my bank account. Do I have to keep a note of all these as well as my own expenses, i.e. pertrol for my mower, cleaning materials etc?
