Do I have to fill in declaration sociale des independants 2014?

I am an auto entrepreneur and have received a Declaration Sociale des Independants 2014. I note in previous posts from 2013 that this was not applicable to auto-entrepreneurs, is this still the case for 2014? If so, how do I reply to this form?
