Do I have to complete the cotisation fonciere des enterprises form?

I received cotisation fonciere des enterprises (CFE) through the post. I started my French auto-entrepreneur business on 1 Jun 2016. Do I have to fill in the form and return it? I thought I read somewhere about being exempt for the first three years.
