Do I have to complete forms 2042C and 2047?

I am completing the May tax forms for the first time this year. I registered as an auto-entrepreneur last October and have made one declaration so far. Am I right to think that I have to complete forms 2042C and 2047, even though I have already paid tax on this in the UK. Do I just send these two forms in or do I also need to complete 2042? If so, do I just need to fill out the begining bits (personal info/kids) or the whole thing?
