Do I add my husband to my auto-entrepreneur application for health cover?

I am trying to register as an auto-entrepreneur. Under the S1 which is valid until Jan 2015, my husband and myself currently have a carte vitale and top up insurance. We are a little confused by the question in section seven, when adding a spouse:

Votre conjoint est-il couvert à titre personnel par un régime obligatoire d’assurance maladie?

Your video covers the option for no, but if my understanding is correct should we tick yes, as we have insurance in place. If so will that disallow my husband to be included on my carte vitale. Would it be preferable to add him at a later date when our S1 cover expires in 2015?
