Do I add my children to my carte vital when registering?

I’m in the process of registering myself as an auto-entrepreneur and have just watched your video. I am currently attached to my husbands social security giving me a carte vital and social security number. On part 7 of the form do I add my children to mine as they are already on my husbands, or should they be added to both?
