Do I declare money received or amount invoiced?

My first 3 months as an auto-entrepreneur end on 31 August. However, the money I earned in August will not arrive in my bank account until 15th August. Do I declare this as part of the 3 month’s income, or should I wait until I have received all monies before declaring? How long do I have after the three months is up before I must declare?
