Distributor set up

I’m a non-TVA registered profession libérale for my main line of work and am looking into an additional opportunity to be a distributor for a product made in the USA. I know I can’t do this under my existing registration but am not sure how to go about it. Do you know what structure I would need to register under? Or if there are any particular things to be aware of in terms of business registration or legal structure for becoming a distributor? Early days at the moment so I am trying to understand my options and any possible issues.
