Difference between la Ram and Securite Sociale Independants

I’m sorry if this is a very simple question but I can’t seen to find a simply answer elsewhere. I have had letters from both La Ram and Agence de Securite sociale both with the l’assurance maladie logo on the letter. I’ve logged in to both websites but i’m unsure of the difference between both and what I need to do for each regarding payments etc. I am making monthly declarations with URSAFF as an AE.
