DIF training allowance?

I run English language schools. I am aware that in France a lot of training institutes get customers because employees have an amount of money to use up from their employer called the DIF. There is a good overall description here, but it doesn’t give me the fine detail. Does anyone else do business like this and can you give me an idea of the time delay before receiving payment and resultant effect on cash flow?

Can anyone tell me what the average value of a DIF over 5 years, i.e.120 hours of tuition, would be? Or is it the case that the DIF just covers what the cost of 120 hours of tuition is up to a maximum level? If so, what is the maximum level? Finally, if anyone knows about how long the accreditation process takes and what is involved I would be most grateful.
