DIF registration for each company?

I successfully signed up to the DIF scheme as an approved training provider and have my registration number. I only have one company at the moment and had to complete their details on the paperwork. I have another company interested, do I need to recontact to get new forms for this new company and any other new companies in the future or do I just need to give them my registration number and they use that? Are there any other administration or notifications I must follow to run this service? For instance updates of student progress, time sheets etc?
