Devis formats - Tax Charges for materials and how they appear on a Devis

I am trying to write a Devis for a customer. I have been told that I have to charge extra for materials purchased above the TTC, but the devis should also show the cost of materials without VAT /TTC (HT). How should this appear on the devis? None of the modele devis I have found mention this. Is there a good format for a ME working in the construction industry?
