DES declaration doubt

I have a doubt for my Douanes DES declaration. If I don’t have any income on certain month, do I still need to make the declaration saying the amount is zero? I just tried but it says “La valeur doit être différente de 0” so I figure if I don’t have any income I just don’t make any declaration to the Douane?
