Definition of turnover for online business

I have applied to become an Auto-Entrepreneur and have an online shop selling linens and supplies worldwide. When I make a sale a shipping charge is added to cover postage and this is paid by the client. Can you tell me if I need to include this charge in my turnover when I make my first tax payment?
