Declaring Paypal and Revolut in income tax

I saw your blog post on declaration, and you mentioned that we must declare also our PayPal or Revolut accounts. Do we need to do that even if we do not use them for business puporses?

I am mostly concerned about PayPal because I saw this article which says that we must declare it only if it exceeds 10K:

Is this correct? Does it also hold for Revolut as well? Thanks alot.

Also, in case I have to declare both, is it ok if I haven’t declared them any previous year? Is this a new regulation? I was never aware that I should declare them.
