declaring gite as a second business

I am presently running a business as auto-entrepreneur and now have a small property to let as a gite. I have declared this at the mairie with no problems but, I cannot understand what I now need to declare at the local tax office? Which forms to fill in etc, the tax office wasn’t sure and gave me two different forms and asked me to choose lol. I thought that I would just declare the income on my tax return each year but has that also changed, I have to say I am pretty confused.
