Declaring foreign earned income in France

I recently set up my business (with your help!). I live in France and I am about to start earning income from contract work in the UK, and Australia. I am not a tax resident of either of those countries so intend to declare all income earned in France. I can’t find the link you provided to set up an online account to do this so can you please provide it.
