Declaring an Enterprise Individuelle via URSSAF

We started our business in April and have an Entreprise Individuelle. We have submitted out declaration each month for the Tax de Sejour (tourist tax) but just happened to email URSAF about something else and they said about ensuring you declare your year via them but how? We chose not to open this year due Covid so whether we have nothing to declare or not we aren’t sure how to do this? Our accountant who does my tax each year said as it is under a certain amount and will be minimal we can just declare it on there?
