Declared as auto-entrepreneur - what’s next?

I declared as auto-entrepreneur since since November 2010 but I haven’t done any activity yet and I haven’t filed anything yet. I am starting the program in June 1 2011, I just want know:

  1. What should I need to file before the end of May?
  2. Should I open a separate account to deposite payments?
  3. What kind of invoice or receipt should I issue once the client paid?
