Declare a second company registered abroad if I’m already an auto-entrepreneur?

I have registered myself as auto-entrepreneur last month and I might have to start another business in Turkey as well soon. My auto-entrepreneur is web development and I live in France. So I’m good with that. But my possible new company in Turkey will be production or sales related business that will 100% be running in Turkey. I will only be sharing the profit basically but not doing any physical work from France for it.

So do I have to declare that company as well for my income? Do I have to pay taxes in France for a company based in Turkey? Would it ruin my benefits from auto-entrepreneur?
