Declaration trimestrielle de recettes reduction for auto entrepreneurs?

I have received a form titled declatation trimestrielle de recettes following registering as an auto-entrepreneur. This all seems to make sense, however, near the bottom of the form where I calculate how much I should pay there is a note ‘deduction’ with an asterix - which refers to a note on the back saying lorsque vous beneficiez d’une exoneration cumulee au regime de l’auto entrepreneur, ce taux est reduit. There is no indication of how much to reduce by, I’m not sure where to go to confirm.

Do I qualify for this reduction?
If I do, how much do I reduce by?
