Declaration trimestrielle de chiffre d’affaires from RSI?

I’ve just received my first declaration trimestrielle de chiffre d’affaires from RSI but am unsure on what my taux should be. Ventes de marchandises is 12%. Prestations de Services is 21.3%. I have been accepted for ACCRE so has that already been taken into account on here. I have no turnover to declare so I presume I just put 0 in the boxes, but just wanted to check the taux before I send it off.
