Declaration on net-entrepries by cheque?

I opted to declare my French business turnover only on net-entreprise, as I wish to still post my payment by cheque. After completing my declaration, the only options given are telecharger or bank card. Which option should I tick, and should I print off a copy of my on-line declaration to post with the check?
