Declaration deadline clarification?

I started my business in April this year, but didn’t start earning any money until the third trimestre (July). I received a declaration form at the start of July for the second trimestre, to be sent-off by the 2/11/2010. Do I understand correctly that this later deadline is because it is my first declaration? And although it is marked only for the second trimestre will I be declaring for the July /Aug / Sep on the same form?
