Declaration 1er trimestre 2011?

I’ve just received my declaration de recettes for 1er trimestre 2011. There is a a crucial difference to the ones from 2010. I have 2 activities, hebergement touristique et autre, which is teaching. The previous Dec’s had prestations de service non commercial and the rate was 20,50%, no choice. The new one has the addition of formation prof. activite liberale and the rate is 0,20%. Am I really being charged at 0,20% for the teaching part of my income? I have a feeling I’ve totally misunderstood this - a tax going down. Just to confuse me more, the code de gestion(s) are different to the ones that I originally registered from the NAF/APE list, but I guess that maybe this list has been updated?
