Dates to use on Declaration Trimestrielle de Recettes?

My next business déclaration trimestrielle de recettes is due on 2 May 2016. The previous déclaration covered until 31 December 2015. There is no date range indicated on the latest URSSAF form, but I assume I should now report income between 1 January and 30 April? Or is it 1 January to 31 March 31?
