Customer not providing billing address

Hi Valerie,

I hope you are well.

Ok so the platforms that I teach English on are being quite difficult. I have asked them for their billing addresses so that I can put them on my invoices, but they are saying that they can’t give me the billing address because I am simply an independent contractor (they are not based in France so maybe different rules where they are based). What can/should I do here? Is the invoice still required? And if so, can I make the invoice out to the headquarters of the company?
