Creating an Association

I forgot to ask at tonight’s meeting about the implications or requirements tied to creating an association. Nice has several, and I’ve been encouraged to create one perhaps to serve partially as indirect advertising for events and workshops.

Can you clarify or advise f the benefits or pitfalls of doing so?
