CPAM or RSI for medical reimbursements?

I have a Carte Vitale and am registered with my local caisse primaire. In 2010 I became an auto-entrepreneur business in France and looking through my old papers, I see a Notification de Situation from RSI saying I am registered with them. The Organisme Conventionné is Réunion des Assureurs Maladie (RAM). I have been receiving reimbursements for medical expenses from caisses primaires d’assurance maladie (CPAM) and my mutuelle since my husband and I registered with them in 2007. Should I have notified CPAM of this change, or do they talk to each other? I pay all my auto-entrepreneur cotisations to URSSAF.
